As this is in fact a common selling technique of our competitors, here at Master Frost we have a policy of

CUSTOMER PROTECTION MECHANISM

Customer protection mechanism avoids cross selling of our products in the same territory up to 1~2 distributors.

We have segmented every country into territories in the best way possible and each customer, distributor serves and provides our products in his territory. The territories can vary from country to country based in length of Country, POPULATION, Distance of provinces, Distance of Towns and market significance of the territory.

We strive to make sure that no distributor, customer, partner has any dissatisfaction with this policy. In fact we have helped customers to expand their market share and not to compete with other distributors with the same product and price point… Thus, every customer can expand its market without competing with other distributors.
