Over the past 30 years the growth of the ice producer profession has stimulate our passion to develop a spray system icemaker of high production.

It is well known in the market there are icemakers producing tons of ice per day… BUT the ice is not of high quality as comes with broken edges, have rough shape , is  white not crystal, overall  a bad looking and not a welcome ice definitely not acceptable for your drink. 
Moreover the ice from these icemakers comes out as a big block-chunk of ice and the operator has to break it into pieces, which in turn melts the ice, brakes it more and actually lead to money loss, time and bad quality product…
Truth is ONLY the spray systems are able to produce a GOURMET ICE as we often name the high quality ice cubes...
